Class Description
Improve your technique and confidence in Olympic weightlifting! This 4-week Snatch Fundamentals course focuses on building an understanding of the foundations of the snatch lift. Participants will learn the basics of performing this fun and technical lift safely and with proper form. Exercises will be scaled to suit all experience levels. Each week builds on and reviews the lessons of the previous class. The classes can be taken individually or together. Join us at Hawkestone Fitness to learn from a certified coach and Team Canada athlete, with more than a decade of experience in coaching!
